Our Return Policy
We gladly accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return:
Return Process
- Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Our customer care team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Include the completed Return Form (see template below).
- Ship the package to our returns center using a trackable method.
Exchange Process
For exchanges of size, color, or style (subject to availability):
- Follow the same initial steps as the return process.
- Clearly indicate your desired exchange item in your email.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll ship your new item.
Refund Information
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene standards and product integrity, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bed Pillows (for health and hygiene reasons)
- Mattresses (all types including Hybrid Mattresses)
- Box Springs & Bed Bases
- Opened or used bedding products
- Final sale items (clearly marked as such)
